The Garden Restaurant
During my time at Appetite Me, we were tasked with creating the branding for the new Garden Restaurant at Raemoir Garden Centre in Scotland.
My concept featured a clean and stacked composition for “The Garden Restaurant,” framed by a Deco-inspired border adorned with modern leaf motifs in each corner. This design was heavily influenced by the restaurant’s interior wallpaper, blending the rich dark tones of its palette with lighter blue hues to create a refined illustrative overlay. The illustrations highlighted botanical plants native to Scotland, such as the thistle, primrose, and harebell, establishing a meaningful connection to the restaurant’s heritage and fostering a sense of authenticity. These botanical elements aligned seamlessly with the structured yet elegant approach of the logo, enhancing cohesion throughout the overall design.
